'The president is unhinged': Donald Trump's social media activity becomes more bizarre.

According to many watchers, both in the US and abroad, the former president has been conducting himself unusually lately. Particularly on social media.

Current Social Media Episodes

While a federal shutdown approached in the US last week, the commander-in-chief published an artificial intelligence creation which depicted the House minority leader, the first Black House minority leader, donning a wide-brimmed hat and exaggerated moustache, featuring traditional Mexican music in the background.

Hispanic groups condemned the president's shares labeling them "racist", "hazardous" and "deplorable", however Trump intensified, publishing additional footage that featured him in a sombrero performing on guitar with a representation of the minority leader.

Computer-Created Posts and Unverified Claims

It wasn't the only situation where Trump's behavior looked peculiar. Last weekend Trump reposted to Truth Social an AI-generated fake video that advocated "therapeutic bed centers".

"Every American will soon receive an individual therapeutic bed card," the artificial version of Trump ostensibly in the presidential office stated. Through this, you'll possess assured entry to our new hospitals led by the top doctors in the nation."

Disregarding the truth that the notion of "therapeutic beds" constitutes a right-leaning speculative claim – one version of the theory posits that official bodies and/or certain affluent citizens possess advanced medical equipment that can cure almost every illness, while hiding the advancement – the social media entry caused several queries.

Presidential Reaction

The content was eventually removed, but it remains baffling, and the White House's response did little to allay the perplexity.

I believe the commander-in-chief viewed the clip and published it, and then took it down," Karoline Leavitt stated during questioning about the clip.

Further Worrying Events

Through a current presentation at the White House where Trump claimed – opposing current scientific consensus – that Tylenol could contribute to autism when consumed by pregnant women, Trump bewilderingly discussed regarding "particular components of intelligence that might be bestowed upon infants".

A week earlier, while at a media briefing alongside UK leader Keir Starmer, the president mixed up Armenia with Albania when discussing a peace deal created between the countries.

Michigan Incident Reaction

Regarding digital communications, recently the president posted on his social media platform that he "received information" on a shooting at a Mormon church within Michigan causing four deaths.

He subsequently shared additional content. Yet, it didn't constitute news about the continuing incident across Michigan. Rather, several hours afterwards, he shared a video featuring various golden accessories and decorations.

Military Address

Setting aside Trump's confusing online behavior, Trump's physical public engagements have likewise grown peculiar.

The other day, Trump summoned the country's top military commanders to a meeting in Virginia. Speaking to senior defense officials, Trump, seeming fatigued, promoted his claimed achievements.

The United States is esteemed once more globally. The nation wasn't esteemed during Biden's tenure," Trump stated. They witnessed him tumbling on staircases daily. Every day, the guy's falling down stairs."

Government Comments

The speech generated instant worry, including from former military members. Retired military leader Barry McCaffrey stated on television that the commander-in-chief's delivery was "one of the most bizarre, concerning occurrences I've experienced".

"The president sounded incoherent, exhausted, rabidly partisan, occasionally foolish," the general stated.

The president's address sufficed for Representative Madeleine Dean, a Pennsylvania Democratic representative, to confront the Republican congressional leader, Mike Johnson.

"The president seems unbalanced. He appears ill," the representative stated to Johnson.

Johnson appeared unconcerned by the remarks. "Well a lot of folks from your party appear similar," the speaker answered.
